Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) is traditionally recognized for its soothing and relaxing properties. Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) is traditionally used for its decongesting properties for the upper respiratory tract and the ENT sphere. When burned, these essential oils are gently diffused along with the heat, enriching the ear candle experience with a complementary aromatic action. How to use Ear Candles

Must be used by two people. Have the person lie on their side. Gently insert the candle at the entrance of the ear canal. Light the top end. Keep it vertical. Extinguish at the safety mark. Repeat on the other side.

Precautions for use

• Do not use in case of a perforated eardrum, active otitis, or acute ear infection.
• Not recommended for pregnant women (rosemary essential oil).
• Do not insert the candle into the ear canal.
• Always use with two people, never alone.
• Keep out of reach of children.
