- Glycerinated macerate: extraction in a mixture of purified water, organic alcohol, and vegetable glycerin.
- 50ml: Organic. Herbes et Traditions.

Traditional use in gemmotherapy: 5 to 15 drops in a glass of water, 1 to 2 times a day. 4 to 8-week course. Consult a practitioner for an adapted protocol, especially in case of proven visual disturbances that require an ophthalmological assessment.

FAQ
Are the anthocyanins in bilberry buds different from those in the fruit?
Ripe bilberries are rich in dietary anthocyanins. Spring buds contain these same pigments, but in the context of embryonic tissue with growth factors and specific enzymes absent from the fruit. In gemmotherapy, buds are considered more complete.
Can bilberry and ginkgo be combined for vision?
Yes, this is a combination frequently recommended by gemmotherapy practitioners for conditions of visual fatigue and deficient ocular microcirculation. Ginkgo for cerebral and ocular circulation, bilberry for retina-protecting anthocyanins.
Is this macerate suitable for people on anticoagulants?
Anthocyanosides can have a mild antiplatelet effect. As a precaution, consult your doctor before use if you are undergoing anticoagulant treatment.
