  • Rosmarinus officinalis bud: Mediterranean medicinal rosemary. One of the most versatile buds in gemmotherapy.
  • Glycerinated macerate: extracted in a mixture of purified water, organic alcohol, and vegetable glycerin.
  • 50ml: Organic. Herbes et Traditions.

How to use this bud macerate?

Traditional use in gemmotherapy: 5 to 15 drops in a glass of water, 1 to 2 times a day, preferably in the morning before a meal. 3 to 6-week course. Consult a practitioner for an adapted protocol.

FAQ

Is the rosemary bud different from rosemary essential oil?
Yes, these are two very different galenic forms. Essential oil is a concentrate of volatile molecules. Bud macerate captures the water-soluble and fat-soluble active ingredients of embryonic tissue in a water-alcohol-glycerin mixture. Different biochemical profiles, complementary uses.

Can it be used in a spring cleanse with other draining buds?
Yes, rosemary combines very well with juniper (renal drainage) and blackcurrant (general tone) in a spring cleanse. Take each bud separately at different times of the day.

Is rosemary suitable for hyperactive or stressed individuals?
Rosemary is tonic and stimulating—more indicated for fatigue and hyposthenic conditions. For states of nervous hyperactivity and anxiety, prefer blackcurrant or fig tree.
