What is Vit'all+ Calcium Bisglycinate and Citrate?

Calcium is the most abundant mineral in the body, with 99% concentrated in the bones and teeth. It plays an essential role in maintaining bone structure, muscle function, neurotransmission, and blood clotting. EFSA recognizes several health claims for Calcium: maintenance of normal bones, normal teeth, normal muscle function, and normal neurotransmission. The problem with conventional forms of Calcium (carbonate, gluconate) is their limited bioavailability, especially in cases of low gastric acidity. Calcium Bisglycinate and Calcium Citrate are two highly bioavailable organic forms: the Bisglycinate is chelated to glycine (an amino acid), which protects it from gastric degradation and improves its intestinal absorption; the Citrate is metabolized into bicarbonate with a slightly alkalizing effect. Citrate is soluble in both acidic and alkaline environments and has better bioavailability than calcium carbonate in people with low gastric acidity. How to use Vit'all+ Calcium Bisglycinate and Citrate?

1 to 4 tablets per day, with a glass of water, during a meal. Spread out the intake throughout the day to optimize absorption (Calcium is better absorbed in divided doses not exceeding 500 mg). Store between 15°C and 25°C, in a dry place away from light.
