How to use Organic Eucalyptus?
1 teaspoon in 150ml of boiling water. Infuse for 10 minutes. Drink 2 to 3 cups per day. Can also be used as a steam inhalation (bowl of hot water). Not recommended for pregnant women and children under 6 years old.
