Organic Linalool Thyme Hydrosol
Linalool thyme hydrosol is the gentlest purifying aqueous treatment in the thyme family, recognized for cleansing blemish-prone skin and sensitive scalps without the harshness of phenolic thymes. Obtained by distilling the flowering tops of Thymus vulgaris ct linalool, it captures water-soluble linalool in a floral water with a delicate thyme-floral scent. 200ml. Organic Ecocert. Herbes et Traditions.
Cosmetic profile and properties
- Gentle purifier for all skin types: thanks to its dominant linalool profile, this hydrosol is much gentler than thymol or carvacrol thymes. It can be used as a daily toner, even on slightly sensitive skin.
- Cleansing facial toner: used after cleansing, it completes the care of acne-prone skin without damaging the skin barrier.
- Sensitive scalp care: sprayed onto the scalp between shampoos, it gently cleanses oily and sensitive scalps.
- Pleasant thyme-floral scent: finer and more floral than phenolic thyme hydrosols, it is pleasant to use in daily care.
- 200ml: Organic Ecocert. Herbes et Traditions.

FAQ
What is the difference compared to tea tree hydrosol?
Both are purifying hydrosols but have different botanical origins and profiles. Tea tree is more powerful and targeted toward distinct blemishes. Linalool thyme is gentler and more floral, suitable for daily use even on sensitive combination skin.
Can it be used on children?
Yes, thanks to its very mild linalool profile. As a spray on the scalp or a gentle toner on the sensitive skin of children over 3 years old, it is generally very well tolerated. Test on a small area before use.
Can you mix linalool thyme and tea tree hydrosol?
Yes, in equal parts for a more complete purifying toner. Linalool thyme provides the gentleness of linalool, and tea tree provides the power of terpinene-4-ol. A good synergy for combination to oily skin.
