How to prepare it?

As a porridge: pour the desired amount into a bowl, add hot or cold water or plant-based milk, and mix. No cooking required.
As a smoothie bowl: mix with a small amount of liquid, then top with fruit and seeds.
As a snack: dilute in a drink after a workout, or prepare in a jar to take on the go.
