• 190g size: Ideal portion size for a baby or for enriching porridge.

Ingredients and their nutritional role

Demeter biodynamic apple (43%)

A source of pectin (a soft soluble fiber for the infant's gut), vitamin C, and potassium. Apple is one of the best-tolerated fruits during initial diversification thanks to its digestibility and natural sweetness. In biodynamic farming, it is grown without pesticides and in respect of natural cycles, producing a fruit denser in nutrients.

Organic peach (21%)

Rich in beta-carotene (a precursor to vitamin A), vitamin C, and potassium. Peach is a mild and easily digestible fruit for babies, with a naturally sweet flavor that infants enjoy.

Demeter concentrated apple juice (6%)

Used to naturally sweeten the preparation without added refined sugar. A concentrate of the apple's natural vitamins and minerals.

Demeter rice semolina

Thickens and binds the preparation naturally. Rice semolina is naturally gluten-free and easy for infants to digest.

FAQ

Can this jar be served directly without warming?
Yes, it can be consumed at room temperature. Warming in a bain-marie is a comfort option but not a requirement.

What is the difference between Demeter apple and classic organic apple?
Demeter apple is certified biodynamic, a level above classic organic. Biodynamic agriculture follows stricter natural cycles, enriches the living soil, and generally produces fruit that is denser in nutrients and flavor.

Can this jar replace a complete meal?
No, it is a fruit supplement. It is used as a dessert, a snack, or to enrich porridge. A complete meal also requires a source of protein and energy adapted to the baby's age.
