The Omega 3-6-9 complex is a formula from the Vit'all+ laboratory that combines three complementary oils to provide the main families of polyunsaturated fatty acids: Omega-3 (ALA, EPA, DHA) via organic flaxseed oil and fish oil, Omega-6 (linoleic acid, GLA) via borage oil, and Omega-9 (oleic acid). The fish oil is extracted from small oily fish (anchovies, sardines, mackerel), then purified to remove dioxins, PCBs, and heavy metals, and deodorized to prevent any fishy aftertaste. It provides EPA and DHA.
