Mechanism
SOD (Superoxide Dismutase) and glutathione are intracellular enzymatic antioxidants—the only ones capable of neutralizing free radicals produced inside the cells themselves, within the mitochondria. TetraSOD is extracted from the marine microalgae Tetraselmis chuii using a patented chemical solvent-free process. Emothion is the S-acetyl form of glutathione: this modification protects the molecule from digestive degradation and allows it to reach the blood plasma intact.
