What is Vit'all+ B-Complex 50?

B-Complex 50 is an orthomolecular complex from the Vit'all+ laboratory, a French family business since 1987. It combines all B-group vitamins, with dosages of 50 mg each for the main vitamins. The SEPISMART™ SR technology is designed for gradual release throughout the day. Vitamin B6 is in the form of Pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P5P), the active form. B9 is in the form of Quatrefolic® and B12 in the form of Methylcobalamin. Manufactured in Sarthe by Vit'all+.

Vitamin B6 in P5P form

Pyridoxine HCl (standard form) must be converted into P5P by the liver before it can be used by cells. B-Complex 50 provides P5P, the active form of vitamin B6, directly.

How to use B-Complex 50?
