This complex from the Vit'all+ laboratory, a French family business since 1987, combines three B vitamins in their active forms: Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxal 5-phosphate, P5P), and Vitamin B9 (Quatrefolic®). Active forms in detail
Methylcobalamin and Cyanocobalamin
Cyanocobalamin must be converted before it can be used by cells. Methylcobalamin is one of the active forms of Vitamin B12.
Pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P5P) and Pyridoxine
Pyridoxine HCl requires hepatic phosphorylation to be converted into P5P, the active coenzyme form. Here, Vitamin B6 is provided directly in P5P form.
Quatrefolic® and folic acid
Folic acid must be processed by an enzyme (MTHFR), the activity of which varies from person to person depending on a common genetic variant. Quatrefolic® is already in the 5-MTHF form, the active form of folate.

How to use active form B12 and B9?
