The advantages of Flamant Vert phycocyanin ampoules

• Single-dose format: no calculations, no waste: one ampoule = one precise and consistent dose. No measuring cups, no spoons, and no risk of overdosing or underdosing.
• Practical for travel: individual ampoules can be slipped into a bag, gym bag, or carry-on luggage without any risk of leakage.
• Same phycocyanin as Phycosan: the same organic aqueous phycocyanin extract derived from certified organic Arthrospira platensis spirulina.
• Optimal preservation: each ampoule is individually packaged, protecting the phycocyanin from oxidation and light until opened.
• Certified Organic: produced from certified organic spirulina.

Phycocyanin and its active components

C-phycocyanin

A blue chromoprotein, the main photosynthetic pigment of spirulina. Phycocyanin is the most studied active ingredient in spirulina, with abundant literature on its antioxidant (ROS inhibition), anti-inflammatory (NF-kB, COX-2 inhibition), immunomodulatory (NK cell activation), and hepatoprotective properties. Its intense blue color is a direct indicator of its concentration and molecular integrity. These properties are derived from scientific research; there are no official EFSA health claims for phycocyanin.

Who are these ampoules for?

• People who already use Phycosan and want a more convenient format for travel
• Those who prefer the single-dose format for its simplicity and consistency of intake
• Athletes who want to take their phycocyanin to competitions or long outings
• People discovering phycocyanin and wishing to start with controlled individual doses

FAQ

What is the difference between the ampoules and the Phycosan bottle?
The phycocyanin concentration is identical. The difference is purely practical: the bottle is more economical for regular home consumption, while the ampoules are more convenient for travel and offer a precise dose with each use.

Can the phycocyanin ampoule be added to a smoothie?
Yes, provided that the smoothie is cold or at room temperature. Phycocyanin is heat-sensitive and degrades above 40 degrees Celsius. Do not add it to hot drinks.

Does the blue color persist in the drink?
Yes, phycocyanin durably stains the drink turquoise blue, a spectacular hue that does not fade. Banana, white fruit, or plant-based milk smoothies offer the best visual results.
