DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Place the seaweed sachet under the tap and let hot water run for a few moments. Fill the bathtub to 37°. When the bathtub is almost full, add the contents of the essential oil bottle.

Massage your body with the sachet, focusing on joints, cellulite areas, and painful areas.

Make a habit of using Alg-Essences treatments in spring and autumn, with 3 baths per week.
