How to use tea tree essential oil?

Instructions for use:

Internal use: possible with the advice of a specialist doctor

On the skin:

Low risk of skin reaction, but still perform a patch test on the elbow crease, especially for sensitive individuals.

You can apply one pure drop to an infected pimple, a canker sore, a dental abscess – with a cotton swab –, a fungal infection. Or dilute it slightly in a vegetable oil – sweet almond, hazelnut, macadamia, etc. –, and lightly massage the affected areas with an infection, 2 to 3 times a day, in addition to internal treatment.

In case of severe fatigue, or immune fragility during inter-seasons, use the following mixture morning and evening, rubbing it on the chest, solar plexus, spine, and soles of the feet: Tea Tree, Ravintsara, and Thyme linalool essential oils in sesame oil.

To help effectively and naturally treat ear infections, mumps, massage behind the ears and the neck with a few drops of tea tree essential oil. Add a little sweet almond oil for sensitive skin – especially children. Do this 5 times a day for a few days. This recipe is also valid for sinusitis, by combining it with Peppermint essential oil.

In diffusion:

However, it is rarely used in diffusion or mixed with other oils. On the other hand, you can inhale a few drops on a tissue.

For body and face care:

Tea Tree essential oil can be used to purify the skin, for example in a clay mask, on acne pimples. Apply one pure drop with a cotton swab directly on the pimple. For prevention and treatment to eliminate lice! Combined with lavender essential oil.
