Instructions for Use

• Internal Use:

• Digestive Disorders: Mix 1 drop with a neutral tablet, half a sugar cube, a spoonful of honey, or vegetable oil. Take 2 times a day for 2 weeks.

• Toning Effect: Add 20 drops to a bath with a dab of shower gel or to a tablespoon of neutral oil.

• External Use:

• Mental Fatigue: Inhale a handkerchief soaked in one or two drops of essential oil.

• Adults: 2 drops, 3 times a day.

• Adolescents (12-15 years): 2 drops, 2 times a day.
