Workshop Description:
Take a well-deserved break from daily stress and join us for an afternoon of bodily exploration and relaxation with our Anti-Gymnastics workshop.
This unique approach, focused on body awareness, was developed in the early 1970s by French physiotherapist Thérèse Bertherat, author of the best-seller: "The Body Has Its Reasons."
This method is suitable for all bodies and all ages, to improve mobility and muscle tone.
Please note: come in comfortable clothing! (we do not have changing rooms)
