Gehwol Foot Bath -- Relaxing Treatment for Tired Feet, Calluses, and Perspiration
Are your feet tired, are your calloused areas hard and painful, do you suffer from excessive perspiration, and are you looking for a professional foot bath treatment that truly treats these problems in 15 minutes? The Gehwol Foot Bath is a podiatric bath salt formulated with natural essential oils of lavender, rosemary, and thyme, as well as camphor, eucalyptus, and thymol. A complete treatment that soothes pain, softens calluses, deodorizes, and activates circulation in 10 to 15 minutes. Made in Germany.
The benefits of the Gehwol Foot Bath
- Soothing for tired and painful feet: Essential oils of lavender, rosemary, and thyme, combined with camphor and eucalyptus, relieve burning sensations and plantar fatigue in minutes.
- Softens calluses: The warm bath and keratolytic active ingredients soften cornified areas and calluses, making them easier to remove afterward with a rasp or pumice stone.
- Long-lasting deodorization: Thymol and essential oils neutralize unpleasant odors and prevent the bacterial proliferation responsible for persistent odors.
- Stimulates circulation: Invigorating essential oils (rosemary, eucalyptus) activate the microcirculation of the feet during the bath.
- Deep cleansing: Laureth sulfate and cocamide DEA provide a deep clean without irritation, preserving the skin's resilience and suppleness.
Key ingredients and their role
Lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia)
Soothing and relaxing, lavender EO calms tired feet, relieves muscle tension, and eases plantar burning sensations. It also contributes to the balance of skin flora through its mild antibacterial properties.
Rosemary essential oil (Rosmarinus officinalis)
Invigorating and stimulating to blood circulation. Rosemary EO activates peripheral microcirculation during the bath, reducing the feeling of heavy and congested feet.
Thyme essential oil and thymol (Thymus vulgaris)
Powerful natural antibacterials and antifungals. Thymol is the main active component of thyme, recognized for its disinfecting properties. It prevents the proliferation of bacteria and fungi responsible for fungal infections and interdigital odors.
Camphor and eucalyptus
Activate microcirculation, create the characteristic cooling-warming sensation of the Gehwol foot bath, and contribute to the relief of painful, overworked feet.
Pine extract (Pinus)
Invigorating and balsamic, it completes the bath's aromatic profile and contributes to muscle relief through its local anti-inflammatory properties.
