The Organic Relaxation Complex is a dietary supplement from the Vit'all+ laboratory, a French family-owned company established in 1987. Its formula combines three active ingredients of organic origin in the form of patented standardized extracts: Serenzo™ Sweet Orange (500 mg, 20% limonene), Valerian (120 mg, 4:1 extract), and Affron® Saffron (30 mg, 3% crocin). Affron® Saffron: a patented organic saffron extract

Affron® Saffron is a patented organic saffron extract cultivated in Europe (Spain). The stigmas are hand-harvested and dried on-site. Extraction is performed at low temperatures using water, following a patented, environmentally friendly process. It is standardized to safranal (2%) and crocin (3%).

Serenzo™ Sweet Orange

Serenzo™ is a patented Sweet Orange (Citrus sinensis) extract standardized to 20% limonene, sourced from organic farming.

What is the difference between the Relaxation Complex and the Sleep Complex?

The Organic Relaxation Complex combines three patented organic plant extracts and contains no melatonin. The Sleep Complex contains melatonin, for which the EFSA health claim relates to reducing the time taken to fall asleep.

Can the Relaxation Complex be taken in the morning?

The Relaxation Complex can be taken with either lunch or dinner. It does not contain melatonin.
