Why use Konjac powder?
Konjac glucomannan is a soluble fiber extracted from the root of the konjac plant (Amorphophallus konjac), cultivated in Southeast Asia. It is the only dietary fiber for which the EFSA has validated an official weight management claim: "Glucomannan in the context of an energy-restricted diet contributes to weight loss." Upon contact with water, glucomannan absorbs up to 200 times its weight in water, forming a highly viscous gel that significantly slows gastric emptying, prolongs satiety, and moderates the post-prandial glycemic spike.

How to use Konjac powder?
Dissolve 1 teaspoon (approximately 2g) in a large glass of water (at least 250 ml), 30 minutes before meals. Swallow immediately after mixing and drink more water afterwards. Start with a small dose and increase gradually.
Precautions for use
- Always take with a large volume of water -- risk of obstruction if ingested without sufficient liquid
- Not recommended in case of digestive obstruction
- Maintain a 1-hour interval with any medication
- Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women without medical advice
- Keep out of reach of children
