KSM-66® Ashwagandha

KSM-66® is a full-spectrum Ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera), standardized to 5% withanolides (10:1 ratio). Ashwagandha is a plant from Ayurvedic medicine.

How to use MÉNO+ Phytoestrogen-Free
