What is Vit'all+ Organic Saffron 30mg?

Saffron (Crocus sativus L.) is one of the most precious spices in the world, of which only the red part of the stigmas is used. The Affron® extract used by Vit'all+ is an organic saffron extract grown in Europe and extracted in Spain using a patented, environmentally-friendly, low-temperature water extraction process. The stigmas are hand-harvested and dried on-site. It is standardized to 0.07% safranal and 5.5% crocins (HPLC method). No health claims are currently authorized for saffron.
