How to use it?
For an appropriate dose:
- Take 2 to 4 capsules as needed, with a glass of water.
- For the effect on flatulence after a meal: approximately 1 g of charcoal (3 to 4 capsules) at least 30 minutes before the meal and 1 g immediately after.
- Leave at least 2 hours between taking charcoal and taking any medication.
