What is Vit'all+ Natural AstaPure® Astaxanthin?

Astaxanthin is a deep red pigment from the carotenoid family. It is produced naturally by the microalgae Haematococcus pluvialis, which uses it to protect itself from ultraviolet rays. Vit'all+ Astaxanthin uses AstaPure®, a high-quality algae extract. Each capsule contains 40 mg of oleoresin rich in astaxanthin (concentrated at 10%), providing 4 mg of natural astaxanthin, maintained in extra virgin olive oil (cold-pressed).
