What is Vit'all+ Lutein?

Lutein is a natural pigment from the carotenoid family (xanthophylls). It is naturally present in the retina of the eye, where it constitutes one of the pigments of the macula. Since the body does not synthesize lutein, it must be provided through diet or supplementation. The Vit'all+ FloraGLO® extract is derived from marigold flowers (Tagetes erecta), one of the plant sources most concentrated in lutein.
