Protease (40,400 HUT) and Bromelain are enzymes that hydrolyze proteins.

Amylase, glucoamylase, invertase and alpha-galactosidase

Amylase (7,000 DU), Glucoamylase (20 AGU), and Invertase (800 SU) are enzymes active on starches and sugars. Alpha-galactosidase (300 GaIU) is active on certain sugars found in legumes.

Lactase and lipase

Lactase (2,000 ALU) is an enzyme that hydrolyzes lactose into galactose and glucose. Lipase (1,000 FIP) is an enzyme that hydrolyzes dietary lipids.

How to use the Plant Enzymes complex
