What are Vit'all+ Metabiotics?

Metabiotics are a probiotic complex from the Vit'all+ laboratory—a French family-owned company since 1987—formulated with a focus on the intestinal microbiota. It combines 5 probiotic strains (totaling 20 billion CFU per capsule), including the patented HU58™ strain (Bacillus subtilis, 4 billion CFU), a spore-forming strain capable of reviving upon arrival in the intestine and producing postbiotics. The other 4 strains are Bifidobacterium animalis ssp. lactis, Lactobacillus gasseri, Lactobacillus reuteri, and Lactobacillus rhamnosus (4 billion CFU each). How to use Vit'all+ Metabiotics?
