How to use Hifas da Terra Bio Intestine supplement?
Recommended daily dose: 2 capsules - or according to the advice of your health practitioner - in the morning, preceded by one or two Askorbato K-HdT tablets (rich in vitamin C and antioxidants) to promote the absorption of beta-glucans.
Recommended intake duration: 60 days.
