Tonic Nature's Natural Ear Candles are hollow cones made from unbleached cotton and natural beeswax, used for traditional ear thermotherapy. Available in 1-pair or 5-pair formats.

How do ear candles work?

Used for centuries in Native American, Tibetan, and Mediterranean traditions, ear candles are placed delicately at the entrance of the ear canal and lit at the end. The gentle heat and slight airflow created by the combustion generate a soothing effect, contributing to comfort when experiencing sensations of a blocked ear, pressure-related discomfort, or temporary ENT discomfort. Each session lasts approximately 10 minutes per ear. These candles are 100% natural, with no added fragrance, in their "Nature" version.

How to use Ear Candles

Must be used by two people. Have the person lie on their side. Delicately insert the candle at the entrance of the ear canal (never insert into the ear). Light the upper end. Keep the candle held vertically during combustion. Extinguish the candle when it reaches the safety mark. Repeat on the other side. Never leave burning unattended.

Precautions for use

• Do not use in case of a perforated eardrum, active otitis, acute ear infection, or ear pressure.
• Do not insert the candle into the ear canal.
• Always use with two people, never alone.
• Keep out of reach of children.
