Griffonia, Griffonia simplicifolia, has a high content of 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan), which is a precursor to serotonin, one of the main neuromodulators of the central nervous system. Serotonin also allows the synthesis of melatonin, also known as the sleep hormone. Griffonia thus improves brain activity. Valerian, Valeriana officinalis, and lemon balm, Melissa officinalis, promote relaxation, sleep onset, and sleep quality. Magnesium and vitamins B3 and B6 contribute to normal psychological functions. Black pepper, Piper nigrum, contains piperine, which promotes the bioavailability of several molecules in the body due to its role as a catalyst.

How to use Dormity plant complex for sleep?

Dosage:

2 to 4 capsules daily with a glass of water half an hour before bedtime.

To be consumed as part of a varied diet. Do not exceed the indicated daily dose. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
