How to use Opt'Activ, eyes and vision?

Box of 60 capsules - Take with a large glass of water at the beginning of a meal:

For maintenance: 2 capsules per day (every other month throughout the year)

For support: 3 capsules per day (for at least 3 weeks)

Bilberry extract (Vaccinium myrtillus) 120mg, cellulose (capsule), Acerola (Malpighia glabra) 130mg, Blackcurrant leaf (Ribes nigrum) 40mg, Zinc gluconate, fish flesh oil extract rich in Omega 3 (EPA-DHA), Lutein and Zeaxanthin, natural Vit.E, Selenium yeast, natural ß-Carotene (provitamin A).
