How to use Altho's Sweet Night essential oil blend?

Tip: For diffusion: use this pure blend in a suitable diffuser (cold diffusion and non-ionization technique). Diffuse for 15 minutes per hour to achieve a pleasant scented atmosphere.

For massage: mix 1 to 2 drops of this blend in 10 drops of vegetable oil. Apply this mixture directly to the skin on the solar plexus, inner wrists, or soles of the feet to enjoy the benefits of this blend.

For inhalation: Cold: pour this blend onto a tissue and bring it to your nose regularly. Hot: pour a few drops of this blend into a bowl of hot water or bath water to enjoy the vapors released.
