Essential oils prove to be valuable allies for preventing and stopping many everyday ailments:

Here is the list of essential oils you must have on hand to naturally manage the health hiccups of our daily lives.

Fine Lavender: The number one essential oil!!!

If there were only one, this would be it. Also called "true lavender" or "official lavender." It is the queen of essential oils due to its broad spectrum of action; it is the most used and the most well-known, and rightly so! Indeed, it acts on all nervous disorders (insomnia, nervousness, sleep), is a pain reliever and anti-inflammatory, regenerates the skin, is antiseptic and antibacterial, and keeps mosquitoes away. It is very well tolerated by young children.*

How to use it: external use is the most recommended; it can be applied pure to the skin (2 drops are enough) and is also very effective via inhalation*

Tea tree: the friend of our skin, the enemy of acne

Tea tree is a powerful skin antibacterial but also a powerful antifungal; it attacks fungi that are harmful to our skin (mycoses) and nails. As such, it is the friend of teenagers, purifying their skin of unwanted acne breakouts. Due to its antiseptic properties, it can disinfect all wounds.

How to use it: Dilute 2 drops in a vegetable oil to apply to the concerned area, or you can use 1 small drop pure in case of localized pimples (using a cotton swab, for example). Be careful with eyes and mucous membranes, however*

Spike Lavender: insect stings and burns better watch out

The essential oil to have on vacation, in the summer, or when traveling to a destination where biting and venomous animals thrive!

Remarkable for soothing burns, stings (wasps, spiders, fleas, bees, etc.), and bites (snakes, scorpions, etc.) thanks to its disinfecting, calming, and regenerating effect.
